Black Bean Cacao Protein Brownies

Ingredients
  • 2cups Black Beans(Soaked/Drained/Rinsed)
  • 1/3cup Chocolate Protein Powder(Whey works best)
  • 1/3cup Maple Syrup
  • 4 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 1/2tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/3cup Chocolate Chips
  • 2tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • 3 1/2tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1/4tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F
  2. Combine all the ingredients into your food processor, except for the chocolate chips and cacao nibs. Blend until smooth
  3. Stir in all, or some, of the chocolate chips and pour into a greased or parchment lined 8×8 square pan
  4. Top with cacao nibs and left over (or extra) chocolate chips if desired
  5. Cook for 20 minutes
  6. Let cool in pan and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight
  7. Cut and serve! (Refrigerate leftovers up to 5 days)
